- Fill your tub with warm water.
- Add 2 cups of apple cider vinegar.
- Soak in it for 20 to 30 minutes.
Rinse off with cold water afterwards (although some people simply their skin air dry afterwards).
That’s how you come up with and enjoy warm vinegar baths. Feel free to gently scrub your skin with a washcloth or loofah while immersed.
