    Dairy-Free Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

    When the weather is too hot, it’s great to have some refreshments. What better refreshments can you think of than ice cream, right?

    Wait, what? Are you on a diet and dairy intolerant?

    No problem dear. I got you.

    Here’s a dairy free chocolate banana ice cream

    Dairy-Free Chocolate Banana Ice Cream



    • ½ cup dairy free milk of choice
    • 1 ripe banana, slice and frozen
    • 3 to 4 Tbsp. raw cacao
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
    • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup




    Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and very thick. Thin with more nut milk, if needed. Transfer to a bowl and freeze.
