French fries is a staple food/snack in America.
Just a little background; way back in 1802, President Thomas Jefferson was served with fried thin sliced potatoes for dinner. From then on, people called it French Fried Potatoes, then, later on, became French fries.
Although French fries is delicious, it does not really have much nutritional value and is linked to diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.
Stop eating fries, but if you are still craving for it, try this crispy cheesy zucchini parmesan fries instead.
