Recently, I saw Ms. Arielle’s weight loss article on BuzzFeed and it really piqued my interest, so now I want to share it with you too.
A little background on her story; back in May 2015, she decided to shift 180 degrees on her lifestyle, eating habits, fitness goal, and outlook in life.
Within just 8 months, she lost around 85 pounds and she continued her journey from there.
