Warm up: Sumo Squat with Side Bend
Put your feet wide apart. Bend your knees and pull your body down on a squat position. Make sure that your knees are in line with your toes and your back straight.
Place your hands on either side of your face. Tuck your tummy in and slowly bend side by side.
#1 High Knee Run
Stand straight. Tuck your tummy in. Run in place but bring your knees a little higher every time it goes up.
If you have knee issues then you can modify it into a high hop.
