    Monday: Metabolism-Boosting Smoothie


    What you’ll need:

    • ¾ cup blueberries
    • ¼ cup quick oats
    • ½ cup green tea
    • ½ cup Greek yogurt
    • ½ cup banana
    • 2 large leaves of purple cabbage

    What to do:

    Mix everything in a blender until smooth and creamy.
