  • ¼ to ¼ teaspoon of papaya seeds
  • Three tablespoons of desiccated coconut
  • One tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
  • One teaspoon of triphala powder
  • ½ inch of ginger rhizome
  • Unflavored yogurt
